Step.1 Order Confirmation

Step.3 DFM Report
We conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify possible risks in mold design and production.

Step 4. Mold Flow Analysis
Mold flow simulation is carried out to optimize gate location, filling balance, and reduce defects such as shrinkage or air traps.

Step 5. Mold 3D / 2D Design
Based on analysis results, we complete mold design including structure, cooling system, and ejection system, then provide drawings for internal review.

Step 6. Tooling Steel Preparation
We issue tooling steel specifications and prepare certified materials before machining.
Step 7. Internal Review & Start Machining
Project team holds an internal meeting to confirm all details before starting CNC machining, EDM, and mold base preparation.
Step 8. Weekly Progress Report

Step 9. Mold Trial (T1) & Feedback
Trial molding is conducted, and we provide detailed feedback including molding parameters, sample photos, videos, and dimensional reports.
