1) Preparation: Complete the mold fabrication, choose the right inietion machine and materials according the requirments

2) First Trial: Set different parameters to check defects and adjust it to have a good sample for customers.

3) Adiust and Optimize: QC checking after 24 hours and and mold modification to improve the issues.

4) Second Trial: Reset the second mold testing and check product quality (appearance, accuracy, ejection).

5) Sample Confirmation: Finalize samples and document production conditions.

6) Moldshipment & Maintenance: Once optimized, we will ship the mold to customers for mass production.

1) Design and CAD: Parts are designed by customer which need to provide us the STEP or X_T format.

2)CNC Programming: Deep's engineers will make the CNC programming to instruct machines onmachining paths.

3)Material Selection: Materials like metals or plastics are chosen with customer's requirments.

4)Machining: CNC machines cut, mill, or drill parts with high precision tolerance.

5)Quality Control: Parts are inspected during machining with our QC department.
