SLA White Resin 3D Printing Service

SLA builds parts by curing liquid resin layer by layer from customer 3D data. White resin is suitable for checking product form, assembly space and visible surface details before tooling or production decisions are made.

Where It Fits

This process is used for concept models, appearance prototypes, master patterns and general prototype parts. Typical projects come from automotive, medical-device and consumer-electronics development. Final suitability depends on the resin grade and the required test condition.

Large Parts and Finishing

Large models can be split for printing and bonded after production when required by build size or cost. Support marks are removed after printing. Sanding, assembly and painting can be quoted according to the required presentation standard.

Design Review

Before printing, we review wall thickness, unsupported features, enclosed cavities, assembly joints and the selected build orientation. Critical dimensions and mating areas should be identified on a 2D drawing; the 3D model alone does not define tolerance requirements.

Quotation Information

Send the STEP or STL file, quantity, overall size, required finish, critical dimensions and intended use. State whether the part is for appearance review, assembly checking, exhibition or functional evaluation.
