These components are manufactured to customer drawings for injection mold assembly, repair and replacement. The parts shown include external threads, cylindrical locating surfaces, shoulders, internal bores and helical profiles.

Manufacturing

The process is set from the part geometry and tolerance requirements. Operations may include CNC turning, milling, thread machining, cylindrical grinding and wire EDM. Material, heat treatment and coating follow the approved drawing.

Dimensional Control

Inspection is carried out against the drawing. Typical control points are diameter, length, shoulder position, thread or profile geometry, concentricity and runout. Mating fit is checked when the corresponding part or gauge is available.

Replacement Parts

Single replacement parts and small batches can be reviewed. For reverse or replacement work, provide the original drawing, mating dimensions and the wear or failure location. A sample may support the review but does not replace dimensional data.
