6 Stages Of Injection Molding

The injection molding process can be broadly divided into the following 6 stages:

Mold, injection, holding pressure, cooling, open mold, product removal. The above process is repeated, can be batch production of periodic products. Thermosetting Plastic and rubber molding also includes the same process, but the barrel temperature is lower than the thermoplastic, the injection pressure is higher, the mold is heated, the material injection finished in the mold to be cured or vulcanization process, and then off the film.
