Die According To The Nature Of The Process Classification

1. Blanking die: The mold that separates the material from the closed or open contour line.

such as blanking die, punching mold, cutting die, cutting die, cutting edge die, cutting die and so on.

2. Bending Mold: The sheet blank or other blanks along the straight line (curved line) to produce bending deformation, so as to obtain a certain angle and shape of the workpiece mold.

3. Drawing die: Is the sheet blank made of hollow parts, or make the hollow parts further change the shape and size of the mold. 

4. Forming die: is the blank or semi-finished workpiece according to the shape of the convex, concave die directly copied forming, and the material itself only produces local plastic deformation of the mold. such as bulging die, necking die, flaring die, undulating forming die, flanging die, plastic mold and so on.
