Our Manufacturing department is equipped with 8 injection molding machines featuring the latest technology. Our facility is currently set up to increase our machine capacity by 40%. Current machines in-house range in size from 88 ton to 320 ton. A single feed loader system, robotic interface, and bi-directional conveyors that divert non-conforming product, further enhances our process control.
Deep Mould can create molds or modify existing molds to achieve optimum performance and reliability in production. Products of the highest quality and consistency are the result of process control and equipment optimization.
