Plastic Container Molds

This plastic container mold's difficulty is with a big undercut in core side.

We have made a big lifter for it, the total ejection stroke is 300mm.

Haitian machine 900T,outside total we designed 4 big sliders for good part lines. 

All cavity surface with SP1-A2 high gloss polish.

We have this customer come to visit and mold trial together.

He is 69 years old with rich experience of molds.
