The 3D printing metals original size's tolerance , according to GB/ t1804-m standard, usually will be +/-0.1mm.

For higher accuracy, you need to add some safty steel or safty metals, then use the secondary processing after 3D printing, such as CNC machining, spark/EDM machining, grinding machine to grind the part to have tolerance +/-0.01mm.
