Deep Mould has made production mold tooling for over 10 years. We provided  the most cost effective solutions for our customers.We keep all production tooling stored on site are maintained and insured on a routine basis as per our ISO accredited Quality Management System. Where required we can also undertake tool repairs and modifications to ensure successful production runs every time.

In this way, we can ensure our customers' concept turns into a real plastic component.

We will advise customers if they require single cavity or multi cavity tools. We will recommend that the tool is made from aluminium, steel or fully hardened steel depending on the material to be used for the parts, the shape of the parts and the predicted quantities.

All we require is a discussion and your respective project’s CAD drawings. If drawings are not available we can provide a suite of technical drawings based from your sketches and/or physical products.
