Below is the mold trial of the Mop Bucket Mould.
This container can be used for washing the squre mops,the outside sharp is just fit the square,so it will save the water and have very small space in your toilet.
There are a few steps should be taken in the production process, especially before starting mass production.

For our Mop Bucket Mould testing, the basic steps has included below steps:
1> Mold Setup and Equipment Check: Our engineers need to installed the mold tooling on the injection molding machine, and all necessary components (such as the temperature controllers and cooling connection) is checked to ensure the functioning properly.
2> Initial Testing and Adjustment: During the first mold trial, the machine heat the material and then inject into the mold tooling. The injection engineers adjust machine settings parameters:like the injection speed, pressure, and injection time to make sure the material flows evenly into the mold cavity.
3> Sample Inspection and Evaluation: After the first trial, the samples will be checked with our quality engineers. This includes the appearance (surfact treatment, size accuracy, any defects) and performing functional tests (like whether parts fit together correctly or if there are weak spots).
4> Feedback and Adjustments: If there is any issues (such as warping, dimensions, or bubbles) are found, feedback will be given to the design or manufacturing team,at the same time,we will share this information and give solution to our customers, we will consider both opinions to adjust the mold tooling.
5> Second Trial and Optimization: After making adjustments, a second trial will consider. Engineers will consider the first setting parameters and use the same injection machine, and the samples will be checked again to ensure it can be met the production standards.
6> Production Confirmation: Once the mold passes all checks with our customers, it's ready for mass production.
7> Follow-up and Maintenance: After the trial, the mold will go through ongoing maintenance to ensure it continues to perform well and last longer.
These steps help ensure the mold is precise and the final product meets quality standards before starting large-scale production.
For example,this mold was made by steel 1.2344 HRC 48-52,with the core insert you can see we have used the Be-Cu for mold cooling to ensure the best cycle time.
If we can achive a better cycle time,then the mass production can be faster and improve the effective working progress.This part raw material is PP,color can be customized.
